The West Point Society of Baltimore’s inaugural 2024 Leadership & Ethics Conference was held at the McManus Theatre, Loyola University, Maryland on February 22. The conference, hosted by the Loyola University Military Science Department, brought together leaders from the military, business, and academic communities to discuss the importance of ethical leadership in today’s world.

U.S. Military Academy Honors Buffalo Soldiers Legacy During Annual Ceremony
The Buffalo Soldiers, an all-black unit of the 9th and 10th Cavalry Regiments, have a gallant history of fighting in the American western frontier post the American Civil War, to protecting National Parks to performing with distinction in the Spanish-American War and then, ultimately, honorably training the cadets at West Point in mounted drill and tactics for 40 years from 1907 to 1947.
