Biden during the Ulysses S. Grant Wreath Laying Ceremony to celebrate his 202nd birthday.
The ceremony took place on April 27 at the General Grant National Memorial in New York City. During the solemn occasion, a wreath was laid at the entrance of Grant’s tomb, honoring the legacy of the former president, Union general, and USMA Class of 1843.
