During the Event
- What’s on the menu? The following meals are included with registration.
- Monday Opening Reception: Pasta Station including garlic bread sticks, Pastas, Sauces, & Toppings with Open Bar service (wines, beers, & premium spirits)
- Monday Dinner: Airline Chicken Plated Dinner with wine at the table. (Vegetarian options for those who indicated during registration)
- Monday Evening Founder’s Reception: Light snacks and open bar service.
- Tuesday Breakfast: Southern Start Breakfast including assorted breakfast pastries, yogurts, fruit, biscuits & sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, ham & gravy, and cheddar cheese grit casserole. Coffee, water, and snacks will be available.
- Tuesday Lunch: South of the Border Buffet including southwest chopped salad, beef & chicken fajitas, tortillas, beans, cilantro rice, & tres leches cake.
