Recap of Highland Falls Rising Conference 2026
The Highland Falls Rising leadership and investment forum brought together business leaders, government officials, community partners, and residents to celebrate the progress of the West Point Association of Graduates’ Hudson Valley Program while charting the next chapter of revitalization for Highland Falls. The event highlighted the power of collaboration in driving economic growth, showcasing recent successes including new businesses, job creation, and the CONNECT after-school program, while outlining a shared vision for infrastructure improvements, Main Street revitalization, waterfront activation, and an enhanced visitor experience at the Gateway to West Point. The forum reinforced a collective commitment among public and private partners to transform Highland Falls into a thriving destination that benefits residents, businesses, and the broader West Point community.



Recap of 2025 Developers Conference
Attendees included 12 top development teams, four private lending groups, and representatives from the Orange County Partnership and Industrial Development Agency—alongside elected officials and community leaders. Featured speakers included Senator James Skoufis, County Executive Steve Neuhaus, and Kathy Hildreth, with presentations highlighting the region’s vision, funding opportunities, and development priorities.

The day’s site tours, networking, and strategy sessions sparked connections between seasoned developers and local leadership, laying the groundwork for transformative projects. The event culminated with the launch of the formal RFP for the Schades-Park site, with proposals due October 1, 2025.
