Erin served 10 years as an Engineer officer, where she deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan, was awarded the Steel Order of the De Fleury Medal for leadership, and graduated from the Sapper Leader Course, becoming the 16th woman to earn the elite Sapper Tab. She transitioned from active duty to focus on her family. Erin then built a career in real estate as an investor, coach, and consultant. She earned a Doctor of Business Administration, focusing her research on investor psychology.
