Frankie graduated from West Point with a B.S. in engineering. He also earned an MBA, an M.A. in Spanish from the University of Arkansas, and an M.S. in national resource strategy from the Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy. His military service includes serving as commander of the 194th Maintenance Battalion Eighth Army and the 507th Corps Support Group in the XVIII Airborne Corps. A seasoned business executive, coach, and public speaker, Frankie is the founder and chief executive officer of JFIII Associates where he provides executive coaching, branding, and talent consulting services for the energy, technology, engineering, defense, aerospace, and environmental sectors. He is also an active member of the West Point Society of Greater Houston.
