DSS Hires Robert L. Gordon III ’79 to Lead Artificial Intelligence Efforts

Document Storage Systems, Inc. (DSS), a leading provider of health information technology (HIT) solutions for federal, private and public health care organizations, announced that Robert L. Gordon III ’79 has joined the company as Senior Strategic Leader for AI and Digital Innovation.    

Most recently Mr. Gordon served as Chief Growth Officer of SBG Technology Solutions (SBG), a wholly owned subsidiary of DSS. He is a former professor and head of American Politics at the United States Military Academy at West Point, a former Deputy Under Secretary at the Department of Defense, and a retired Colonel. He is also a former White House Fellow under Presidents George Bush and Bill Clinton.

“This important hire enables DSS to continue tailoring our advanced technology to help our clients improve health care delivery and veteran outcomes,” said Mark Byers, president and CEO of DSS. “Rob is a proven leader, both during his military career and in the health care industry.
