Online Registration is open and by invitation only. Registration closes Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 11:59pm. (EDT)
2. Travel
Student delegates should plan to arrive no later than 1330 on Wednesday, October 21. Transportation to West Point will be provided from LaGuardia Airport, Newark Liberty International Airport, and Croton-Harmon Train Station. Delegates should plan to depart from West Point around 1200 on Saturday, October 24. Please make flight and travel arrangements based on these guidelines.
3. Accommodations
The SCUSA team will contact you directly to coordinate your hotel assignment and related details.

A: Plan for highs in the 50s/lows in the 30s (0°C/10.00 °C)

A: Meals are provided throughout the conference. Additionally, guests may visit Grant Hall (located on campus) or visit the town of Highland Falls located outside Thayer Gate.

A: Keller Army Community Hospital is a 4-minute drive to 900 Washington Rd, West Point, NY 10996.
