7. What is the cost to attend the conference?
   The conference registration fee is $550.00 to attend in-person. Virtual participation is $50 per person.

Q: If driving, where will I park?

A: Free public parking is suggested at Buffalo Soldier Field where a conference shuttle can pick up any conference attendees driving their own vehicles. Parking is available for guests staying at the Thayer Hotel.

Q: Are meals provided?

A: Meals are provided throughout the conference. Additionally, guests may visit Grant Hall (located on campus) or visit the town of Highland Falls located outside Thayer Gate.

Q: Where is the nearest medical facility located while I’m at the NCEA?

A: Keller Army Community Hospital is a 4-minute drive to 900 Washington Rd, West Point, NY 10996.

   If you are flying, travel to Newark Airport is arranged by each attendee. Transportation from/to Newark Airport and throughout the conference will be provided for all attendees. Please click here for further Airport Arrival details. If you are driving, travel directly to West Point is to be arranged by each attendee.
