Room Block Cancellation policy: The Glee Club has guaranteed that the room block will be filled on all days. If one must forfeit a reservation for any reason at any time, alumni should notify alumni-events@wpaog.org. This will eliminate any hotel imposed penalty, and will allow us to fill that room with another person on standby.
