Our 2026 Reunion in 3 Simple Steps:

1. Complete Early Interest Form & Confirm Your Polo Shirt Size

Please click on our early interest form so we can gauge attendance numbers. This will also help us determine reunion polo sizes needed for all attendees. Your actual polo shirt order will be placed during online registration.

2. Reserve Hotel

The Thayer Hotel will be our Reunion headquarters hotel. The Glee Club has contracted for a block of 50 mixed rooms and suites for Thursday – Saturday nights. There will also be room blocks at the Holiday Inn Express in Fort Montgomery and Hampton Inn Harriman-Woodbury.

Room Block Cancellation policy: The Glee Club has guaranteed that the room block will be filled on all days.  If one must forfeit a reservation for any reason at any time, alumni should notify alumni-events@wpaog.org.  This will eliminate any hotel imposed penalty, and will allow us to fill that room with another person on standby.

If you call the Thayer directly to cancel/forfeit a reservation, you may be charged a penalty per Thayer policy.
