Our 2026 Celebration in 3 Simple Steps:
1. Reserve Hotel
The Thayer Hotel will be our event headquarters hotel. WPAOG has contracted a block of 50 mixed rooms and suites for Friday & Saturday night. To make a reservation, please email the Alumni Events team at alumni-events@wpaog.org with the room you’re interested in and the dates you’d like to stay.

Rate per night:
Rooms (50 rooms): $225+ for Deluxe Single King Room & $245+ for Deluxe Two Full Bed Room
All lodging subject to taxes and facility fee.
Group Code: Email alumni-events@wpaog.org
Reservation deadline: Wednesday, March 4, 2026
No Deposit Required: A deposit will not be required for room reservations within our block, but the Thayer hotel will require a credit card that will not be charged until checkout.
Room Block Cancellation policy: WPAOG has guaranteed that the room block will be filled on all days. If one must forfeit a reservation for any reason at any time, alumni should notify alumni-events@wpaog.org. This will eliminate any hotel imposed penalty, and will allow us to fill that room with another person on standby.
If you call the Thayer directly to cancel/forfeit a reservation, you may be charged a penalty per Thayer policy.
2. Memorabilia
Celebrate 100 Years of Army Gymnastics with our official apparel collection. Each logo was thoughtfully designed to honor a century of excellence, tradition, and pride—printed on high-quality, American-made attire.
All items are pre-order ONLY. Please visit the Authentically American flash store to place your orders. Orders are due by Tuesday, February 17. Please allow up to six weeks from the close date for shipping to begin. Orders are expected to arrive in late March.
Be sure to also purchase a bottle of limited-edition Westward Whiskey Original, created to commemorate a century of excellence, discipline, and teamwork. This bold American whiskey features a custom Centennial label, and the robust, balanced flavor Westward is known for.
All proceeds from memorabilia sales support Army Gymnastics, with $15 from each whiskey bottle donated directly to the Army Gymnastics Team Endowment. A commemorative pin is included with every bottle.
