Highland Falls Rising is a half-day leadership and investment forum convened by the Hudson Valley Program in partnership with the Village of Highland Falls, the West Point Garrison Commander, and the Orange County Partnership. Recap of 2025 Developers Conference
Attendees included 12 top development teams, four private lending groups, and representatives from the Orange County Partnership and Industrial Development Agency—alongside elected officials and community leaders. Featured speakers included Senator James Skoufis, County Executive Steve Neuhaus, and Kathy Hildreth, with presentations highlighting the region’s vision, funding opportunities, and development priorities.

The day’s site tours, networking, and strategy sessions sparked connections between seasoned developers and local leadership, laying the groundwork for transformative projects. The event culminated with the launch of the formal RFP for the Schades-Park site, with proposals due October 1, 2025.
