Tina Dieroff brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in advancement and nonprofit development, with a career dedicated to building meaningful relationships and securing transformational support for mission-driven institutions. She joined the West Point Association of Graduates in 2022 as a Planned Giving Officer and is honored to continue serving The Long Gray Line as a Leadership Gifts Officer in the Northeast Region.
Throughout her career, Tina has led high-performing development programs across higher education and nonprofit organizations, including senior leadership roles at Make-A-Wish Central New York, Syracuse Stage/Syracuse University, and Manlius Pebble Hill School. She has secured major and planned gifts ranging from $25,000 to $1M+, revitalized dormant fundraising programs, executed successful capital and annual campaigns, and built multi-generational donor pipelines rooted in trust, stewardship, and gratitude. Tina is known for her creativity, integrity, and her ability to connect donors’ personal values to lasting institutional impact.
At WPAOG, Tina has managed a national portfolio of graduates, served as the advancement liaison to the Department of Physics and Nuclear Engineering, and represented the Association at regional events to deepen alumni engagement across generations. She considers supporting West Point graduates and their families the highest professional honor of her career.
Tina’s connection to West Point is both professional and deeply personal. Her husband, Michael Dieroff ’89, is a proud graduate, and her appreciation for the Academy began years earlier through her work with Manlius Pebble Hill School, whose historic military roots and longstanding ties to West Point first introduced her to the traditions of the Long Gray Line. She is also the daughter of a Vietnam-era Air Force veteran and the granddaughter of a World War II Army veteran, making service to military families especially meaningful.
Originally from Chicagoland, Tina graduated from Northwestern University and now works remotely from Syracuse, New York, while visiting West Point regularly. She and Mike share six adult children, along with their beloved dog Ranger and cat Zulu. Tina is thrilled to join the Major and Leadership Giving Team and looks forward to partnering with graduates and families to make a lasting impact on West Point’s future.
