Now-Major General Mark C. Quander ’95 was promoted today in a ceremony at Fort Myer, Virginia. Presiding over the event was LTG Scott Spellmon ’86, USACE commanding general and 55th chief of engineers.
“We cannot wait to see how you write the next chapter of your career,” said Spellmon.
Quander commands the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Great Lakes and Ohio River Division. He was the 79th Commandant of Cadets of the United States Military Academy.
