Lonza Group AG, a multinational manufacturing company for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and nutrition sectors, has named West Point Grad Jason Berndt ’01 their new Head of Group Operations, Executive Vice President, and member of the Executive Committee. This appointment will be in effect on October 1, 2025.
Before his new position, Berndt brought over two decades of experience in global operations with roles based in the United States, Germany, Israel, and Japan. Most recently, he has served as Head of Global Technical Services and Senior VP at Bristol-Myers Squibb. He also spent time in different leadership roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Proctor & Gamble and McKinsey and Company.
