  • WPAOG will replace severely worn brick and pavers. Wear and tear replacements are determined by the program manager.
  • Inscription errors on the part of the donor are the responsibility of the donor. Errors on the part of WPAOG staff will be remedied at no cost to the donor during the next installation.
  • If a group of individuals raises funds or pools personal funds for the purpose of making a donation to WPAOG, recognition credit and the tax deduction in the full amount will be given only to the individual or entity making the actual donation (i.e., the person signing the check or submitting the credit card). If each individual wishes to receive recognition credit and a tax receipt, each individual must write a check or submit cash/a money order with a list of names and gift amounts to be credited to each individual.
  • Requests for installed bricks or pavers to be removed and replaced, with the purpose of changing the inscription, are treated as new purchases.
  • Bricks purchased for graduates or their family members, as well as for former cadets, will be placed in their Class section. If the Class year is stated on the brick (i.e., Class of 1980/1980/’80), the graduating status of new graduates must be confirmed, and bricks for former cadets must read x-Class of 1980/x-1980/x-’80/etc.
  • Payment must be received in full prior to installation.
  • Staff will attempt to accommodate special placements within an area. However, bricks and pavers will be placed at the discretion of the WPAOG Brick and Paver Program.
  • With approval from WPAOG, flowers may be placed at the site of a brick or paver for a short period of time, but they cannot block any egress or pathway.
