Sign up for the Conference in 2 Simple Steps:

1. Register Online

Online Registration is now open. Registration closes Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 11:59pm. (EDT)

2. Reserve Hotel

The conference planning team has arranged hotel accommodations for all attendees through reserved room blocks in the local area. Regardless of age, all attendees will stay at one of these hotels; no one will be housed in the West Point barracks.

You do not need to make a separate hotel reservation. The NCEA team will contact you directly to coordinate your hotel assignment and related details.
