Great Hall Rental

The James K. Herbert Alumni Center provides a unique location and perfect backdrop for your special event, complete with adjacent parking.

The Class of ’46 Great Hall in the Alumni Center includes floor-to-ceiling windows, gleaming wood floors, a brass balcony, and a majestic fireplace. The Great Hall can be used for wedding receptions, graduation parties, Class reunions, military promotion, or retirement ceremonies, and more. The Hall accommodates up to 120 people (seated) with a dance floor, 160 without a dance floor, and up to 200 people (standing) for a cocktail reception.

The Great Hall is not available for rent during federal holidays, home football games, Leaders Conference, Advisory Council, or Graduation. Events are booked on a first come basis with one event booked per day.

 

 

**Please Note: All events are subject to USMA, NY State, Army, Federal, and WPAOG restrictions. Current COVID restrictions limit the number of attendees approved for an event utilizing Herbert Hall’s Great Hall, rotunda, and back patio to 90This includes guests, the staff, and caterers. Great Hall events with 50 guests or more will all be required to fill out a DD Form 3150. Based on our current conditions, proof of vaccination is required for everyone 12 and older. Children ages 2-11 must show proof of a negative COVID test within 72 hours of your arrival. The person hosting the event assumes responsibility for ensuring all forms are completed and recorded prior to the event. Please refer to the New York State website for guidance on COVID. The POC for the event will ensure that: all visitors should be prepared to show proof of vaccination, a negative PCR test within 72 hours, or a medically administered antigen test within 24 hours. Proof of vaccination must show a fully vaccinated status ie. 1st and/or 2nd doses of applicable vaccine. PCR and Antigen tests must be medically administered at an approved testing site. At home tests will not be accepted. Visit www.covid.gov to find testing locations and latest national guidance regarding COVID 19 mitigation. All visitors should direct questions regarding this guidance to their event POC.
