Class of 2008 Ring Melt

The gold ingot comprised of the 15 rings.The Seventh Annual Ring Melt for the Class Ring Memorial Program was held on 5 March, 2007 at the Pease & Curren Refinery in Warwick, Rhode Island. In attendance from West Point were the Class of 2008 President and Vice-President, the Class Advisor, the Cadet Store Manager, and the Director of Class Support and his Program Assistant. Fifteen Rings (worn by sixteen Graduates) were included in this Ring Melt, bringing the total to 118 donated Rings since the inception of the Ring Memorial Program for the Bicentennial Class of 2002. The Ring Melt was again graciously hosted by Pease & Curren and directed by Keith Edwards, USMA 1985.
