About Us

Ahmond Hill ’02
Director of Career Services
Ahmond is an experienced leader with expertise in all facets of business management, acquiring and developing talent, financial analysis, and team-building. Ahmond holds a background in business management with Wal-Mart, John Deere and large corporations. He holds a M.A. Teaching in Secondary Education from Liberty University and is currently enrolled in a Doctorate of Education program at Liberty University. Ahmond branched Field Artillery upon graduation from West Point.

Meg Barge
Assistant Director
Meg was a Virtual Facilitator for the DOL’s Transition Assistance Program (TAP), where she assisted hundreds of transitioning military servicemembers. As an active-duty military spouse, she also lends her professional expertise in career counseling and human resources operations to the broader Milspouse community as a volunteer.  She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University as well as a Bachelors in Psychology from Auburn University.

 Miguel Gutierrez ’80
Assistant Director
Miguel has over 33 years of experience in recruiting, career counseling, military transition support, talent management, and talent acquisition programs. Miguel also served as the Military Relations Manager at Lockheed Martin Corporation for 8 years, and he has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as American Airlines, Wal-Mart Information Systems Division and Northrop Grumman. Miguel branched Field Artillery upon graduation from West Point.
