Great Hall Rental

The James K. Herbert Alumni Center provides a unique location and perfect backdrop for your special event, complete with adjacent parking. Virtual Tour | Photos of the Hall.

The Class of ’46 Great Hall in the Alumni Center includes floor-to-ceiling windows, gleaming wood floors, a brass balcony, and a majestic fireplace. The Great Hall can be used for wedding receptions, graduation parties, Class reunions, military promotion, or retirement ceremonies, and more. The Hall accommodates up to 120 people (seated) with a dance floor, 160 without a dance floor, and up to 200 people (standing) for a cocktail reception.

The Great Hall is not available for rent during federal holidays, home football games, Leaders Conference, Advisory Council, or Graduation. Events are booked on a first come basis with one event booked per day.

 

 

**Please Note: All events are subject to USMA, NY State, Army, Federal, and WPAOG restrictions. Current COVID restrictions limit the number of attendees approved for an event utilizing Herbert Hall’s Great Hall, rotunda, and back patio to 90. This includes guests, the staff, and caterers. Events are also subject to a board that can make their decisions as late as one week before the event occurs. WPAOG is not the approving party. If your event is not approved, we will return your deposit in full and notify you as soon as possible.
