1. What are the dates of the Reunion?
July 16 – 18, 2020 with optional events occurring on July 15th.
2. How do I Register?

Click on the "REGISTER" link above. Below is step by step instructions to get you through the registration process.
****During the registration process use the “tab” key and/or your mouse, do not use the “enter” key.****
Step 1: Prices
Select from the dropdown menu the number of attendees for each event (include the registration fee). Please note that the Glee Club Alumni must register for evening events that are covered in the “Glee Club Alumni Registration Fee”, this way you are counted for all the evening meals. Once you have selected all the events for you and your guests are completed, press the “Next” button at the bottom of the page.
Step 2: Attendees
This tab has SEVERAL windows and as you move through each event the green check mark (green check mark) will move down the list of events as you complete the registration process for each of the events that you previously selected.
The first screen says, “Glee Club Alumni Registration Fee”. Please leave “Attendee” with “Myself” as selected (you will fill out your name on the billing page). Next, you will need fill out or make a selection for each required field, these fields are indicated with a red asterisk (*). Here is the list of mandatory fields: Contact Phone Number During the Reunion, Name for Name Badge, Dietary Restrictions, Voice Part, Concert Shirt and USMA Class Year. Note: Dietary Restrictions is one of those required fields, if you do not have a dietary restriction please select “None”.
Once you are done entering all that information for yourself and you are married to a Glee Club Alumni please use the following instructions: Attendee: you will need to change to “New Individual”, you can leave their “Address” left as “Unknown”. Their mandatory fields are the same as yours, please fill in this information for them. Once completed with “Glee Club Alumni” please click on “Next”.
If you are bringing a guest or guests please use the following instructions for “Spouse/Guest(s) Registration Fee, if you do not have any guests please skip this part of the instructions: Attendee: you will need to change to “New Individual”, you can leave their “Address” left as “Unknown”. Their mandatory fields are the following: Name for Name Badge and Dietary Restrictions. Optional fields are Special Needs, Comments on Dietary Restrictions and USMA Class Year (if applicable). Once completed with “Spouse/Guest(s) Registration Fee” please click on “Next”.
Once done with the registration fees, you will move to the events registration part. If you are attending that particular event leave the first attendee as “Myself”. If you are bringing a guest you will select the individuals name from the dropdown menu this list is populated from the registration fee. Again, you can leave the “Unknown” for the guest’s Address. Click on “Next” button. Once you are done with going through ALL the events and selecting the individuals, you will eventually end up on the payment part of the site.
Step 3: Register
BILLING INFORMATION
Title, First, Last, Address, email address are required fields, please enter your name (Glee Club Alumni) into these fields (Email type, you have a choice of either Business or Home). Once that is entered click on “Register”.
Payment Method (pop-up window)
Select your method of payment, either: Pay by Card; Or by wallet: masterpass or Visa Checkout
Contact & Billing: confirm that the address that is in this window is your billing address, the address that is listed on your credit card statement. Click on “Continue to payment”. If the name on credit card is not the same that is listed on the site please change it here, enter your credit card number, expiration date and CSC code, then select “Finish and pay”.
Once the payment is successful, a confirmation will show up on the screen and it will contain your “Billing Information, and “Payment Information”. In a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email. Please keep this confirmation for your records; however, you will not need it to check-in for the reunion.

West Point Glee Club Alumni Registration Fee: $300 Non- West Point Glee Club Alumni (ages 4 and over) Registration Fee: $5 per person
4. What meals does my registration fee cover?
West Point Glee Club Alumni Registration Fee covers concert shirt, lanyard and name badge, binder with all the sheet music, and the following meals: Thursday Lunch, Thursday Banquet Dinner, Friday Lunch, and Saturday Post-Concert "Piano Bar".
Spouse/Guest(s) registration fee is $5 which covers the cost of the lanyard and name badge.
5. Do I need to register my guests?
Yes, anyone over the age of 4 years old and is planning to attend any of the events in addition to the concert on Saturday will need to register.
6. When does registration close?
Registration closes at noon on Sunday, June 14, 2020 at 11:59pm EST.
7. Why does the registration site close so early?
We are closing the registration site on June 14th so we can have the shirt orders to our vendors to have the order back in time for our concert.

Reunion Registration Cancellation/Adjustment Policy                                 TOP OF PAGE

1. I just registered, but now want to add an additional event/guest?
If you would like to add on an additional event and/or guest(s), please call someone from the Alumni Events Team at 845.446.1649 and they will be able to take payment over the phone.
2. Can I pay at the door?
If you are a West Point Graduate and was a member of the Glee Club, you must pre-register so we have the concert shirt available in the size that you will need. If you want to pay for a guest, only if there is space available for that particular event.
3. How do I cancel an event or attendance?
To cancel an event, a guest’s attendance, or the reunion completely – contact the WPAOG Events Team: alumni-events@wpaog.org or 845.446.1649.
4. What is the refund policy?
Alumni Glee Club member registration fee will not be refunded if cancelled after 4:00pm on June 12, 2020. Guest fees will be refunded if cancelled on or before July 2, 2020. If you need to cancel, please contact the WPAOG Events Team: alumni-events@wpaog.org, or 845.446.1649 and reference this event.

1. What are the accommodations for this reunion?
We have room blocks available at the Thayer Hotel, Holiday Inn Express in Fort Montgomery, and Hampton Inn in Central Valley. Please see the website for rates and group codes: https://www.westpointaog.org/GleeClubReunion. Please note the deadline to reserve a room at the Thayer Hotel expired on March 15th while the Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn in Central Valley expire on June 15th.

Be sure to ask the reservation agent what the individual cancellation policy is before booking. Attendees are responsible for booking their own travel and lodging.
2. What are the hotel cancellation policies?
Thayer Hotel, West Point: Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the arrival date to avoid penalty of one night’s room and tax.
Holiday Inn Express, Fort Montgomery: Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the arrival date in order to avoid any penalty fees.
Hampton Inn, Central Valley: Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the arrival date in order to avoid any penalty fees.

1. How do I enter West Point?
Visitors 17 years of age and above without a valid Department of Defense issued identification card entering West Point in a privately owned vehicle (not on a class reunion bus), on foot, or attending an event within the gates of West Point where transportation has been designated as “on your own”, you must obtain a Local Area Credential by visiting the Visitor Control Center upon arrival at West Point. Graduates can expedite the Local Area Credential process for their group by signing up for a Grad Pass, either a Temporary Alumni Pass or a Local Area Credential, at least 3 business days prior to your arrival. For more information and to apply for a Grad Pass, please click this link: https://www.westpointaog.org/gradpass. You will need to fill out the form for you as well as your guest(s).
Visitors 17 years of age and above with a valid (not expired) Department of Defense issued identification card may access post for all guests in your vehicle (spouses, children, guests), just show your DOD ID Card at any of the West Point gates for entry. Everyone 17 years of age and above in your party must have a valid photo ID card with them.
2. Is there bus transportation provided from the reunion hotels to West Point?
There is no bus transportation for this reunion. There is a post shuttle bus called SMURFF.
3. Where do I pick up the SMURFF Shuttle Bus?
The SMURFF shuttle bus hours are 7:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday. Between the hours of 8:00am - 4:45pm the shuttle bus stops at Buffalo Soldier Field, Thayer/Cullum Road, Mahan Tunnel, Library Corner, Clinton/Cullum Lot, Thayer Statue, Building 667A, Building 618, Washington/Buckner Road, Keller Hospital, and the Post Laundry. Please see the West Point Garrison Website for more information about the SMURFF bus and a link to download the app which tracks the bus.

We recommend that you sign-up for a Grad Pass (for you and everyone in your group). This must be done 3 business days prior to your arrival. For more information, please click this link: https://www.westpointaog.org/gradpass
Parking is extremely limited in the Central Post area of West Point, the vicinity of the academic buildings and barracks. Parking in this area requires a staff/faculty parking decal from 6:30am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday.
On Monday-Friday, parking is generally available in the following areas: Visitor’s Center (West Point Museum Parking – off post), Buffalo Soldier Field, Herbert Alumni Center, K Lot (behind the cemetery in the old PX parking lot), and in the vicinity of Gillis Field House. DO NOT park at North Dock on Friday afternoon, or your vehicle will be towed at your expense.
Please note, there is a SMURFF shuttle bus that makes stops at Buffalo Soldier Field (bus stop is located on the parking level just below the Post Office), Thayer/Cullum Road, Mahan Tunnel, Library Corner, Clinton/Cullum Lot, Thayer Statue, Buildings 667A and 618, Washington/Buckner Road, Keller Hospital, and the Post Laundry. The shuttle is available between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm Monday through Friday except Federal holidays and arrives and departs from its designated locations approximately every 15 minutes. You can track the SMURFF by downloading the Ride Systems App; click here for more information.
West Point does not issue handicap or special parking passes, so please bring your own handicap placard in order to access handicap parking spots. Handicapped parking spots are available with a permit or plates for people with disabilities. Spots are first-come, first-served.
5. Do you recommend any car service companies to take me to and from the airport?

2. Can you provide more information about the events that are listed on the schedule, including menu?
Wednesday Golf Outing (Optional Event): Club House is temporarily located at the Class of 1948 Ski Lodge, located just outside Washington Gate. You can rent golf clubs, for more information about the West Point Golf Course please call 845.938.2435. This is an optional event. If you and/or your guest(s) would like to participate you must register and pay for this event. The price includes green fees, cart, and prizes. There is a snack bar where you can purchase sandwiches, burgers, and other items. Attire is as for golf.
Wednesday Ferry Boat Ride (Optional Event) : The cruise leaves from South Dock at West Point at the times that are posted on the reunion schedule. The boat will travel north on the Hudson River where guests will be able to enjoy the views of West Point. The boat is limited to 120 passengers. Boarding begins 15 minutes prior to departure. Please note the Superintendent’s Ferry is not handicap accessible, bathrooms are located on the lower level. There will be beer, wine, soda, and water with limited snacks (chips and cookies). Don't forget the to bring sunscreen and hat. Attire is Casual.
Wednesday Reception (Optional Event) : Menu: A display of fresh fruit, vegetables with dip, cheeses, with artisan crackers Swedish Meatballs Stuffed Mushrooms Sweet Pea Ravioli with browned butter and sage Shrimp Cocktail Penne’ ala Vodka (vegetarian) Boneless Buttermilk Chicken (maple pecan sauce for dipping) cut small) Our “Incredible” Seafood Cakes with a lobster sauce. Dessert: Just Baked Cookies. Coffee: regular, decaf, teas. Beverages: 2 Draught Beers, all Varietal Wines, soft drinks. Location at Herbert Hall Alumni Center, attire is Business Casual.
Thursday Breakfast (Optional Event): Menu: Whole Grain, Bran & Banana Muffins; Cereal Bars; Vanilla Yogurt (with granola & berries); Fresh Fruit Platter, Chilled Orange Juice; Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee and Tea; Bagels with Cream Cheese, Butter and Jelly. Location: 4th floor Promenade, Eisenhower Hall, attire is Casual.
Thursday Rehearsal (2 Groups): Bring your binder (with music), and pencil.
Thursday Lunch: Menu: Build Your Own: Boars Head Cold Cuts (Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, American Cheese, Swiss, and Provolone) with Select Deli Breads; Homemade Tuna Salad, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Condiments, Pickle Bar (Dill, Spicy and Garlic Spears); Garden Salad with Assorted Dressing; Potato & Pasta Salad; Potato Chips; Assorted Cookies and Brownies. Saturday Pre-Concert BBQ Dinner (Optional Event): Menu: Garden Salad, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Corn Niblets, Baked Beans, Picnic Hamburgers, Marinated Grilled Chicken, Assorted Lemonade, Iced Tea and Soda. Location is at the Firstie Club, attire is Concert Attire.
Saturday Post-Concert "Piano Bar": Menu: Pretzels, Tostitos and Salsa, Tapenade with Toast Points, Cheese Plates with fruit garnish, Vegetable Crudité with Dip, Antipasto Display, with Cash Bar. (Included in Glee Club Registration Fee)

If you wish to see which glee club members that have registered for the reunion, an “Attendee” list is available on the reunion website. This list is updated approximately every business day.
4. Do I need to practice prior to coming to the reunion?
Yes, we ask that you familiarize yourself with all the songs and warm up your vocal cords so that you are ready to sing.
5. Where do I find the sheet music? Are there any MP3’s that I can listen to?
The sheet music and MP3 files can be found on the reunion website under CONCERT MUSIC. More MP3 files will be added as we receive them.
6. I have dietary restrictions or special walking needs; how can you help?
If you’ve indicated your needs on the registration, the reunion planning team will do our best to accommodate you.

7. What are the WPAOG’s Gift Shop hours?
Wednesday: 10:00am-5:00pm
Thursday: 10:00am-5:00pm
Friday: 10:00am-5:00pm
8. What resource/assistance is provided over the weekend?
There will be an on-site team of special event coordinators that can assist you throughout the reunion. Please check-in with them at one of the registration tables times and locations are posted on the reunion schedule.
9. Are there activities for my spouse and/or guest(s) while I am practicing?
There are no scheduled activities, but if you go to the red "SEE ALSO" box there is a link to "Things to do while you are at West Point" which contains links to several things to do while you are visiting.
10. When would they make the weather call for the concert? How will I know?
A weather call will be made 3 hours prior to the concert. You can either call the West Point Weather line at 845.938.3700 or call the front desk if you are staying in one of the hotels that we have a room block.
11. If they cancel the concert at Trophy Point, where is the rain location?
Yes, the concert will be held in Eisenhower Hall Theater.
12. If I don't register for the dinner (optional) prior to the concert, what time should I report to Trophy Point/Theater?
You will need to report 20 minutes prior to concert start time in the proper attire, with concert binder and ready to sing. Allow extra time to get onto post and to find parking.

Concert Attire:  Concert shirt (received at reunion check-in), black slacks, black socks, and black shoes; Ladies: same as men or black skirt with black shoes

Business Casual:  women – skirt, khakis or pants, open-collar shirt or casual top, casual style dress; men – sport coat or blazer with slacks or khakis, dress shirt (no tie), or casual button-down shirt, open-collar or polo shirt
14. What do I need to bring with me to the concert?
Binder with music.

We hope to have a link to the photos posted to the website about 1 week after the concert.
2. When will I receive my CD of the concert?
More information about the CD mailing will be posted at a later date
3. When will there be another Glee Club Alumni Reunion?
The Glee Club Reunion is typically every 4 years with the exception of last year due to the renovations to Eisenhower Hall. The next Glee Club Reunion should be 2024 so we are back on the 4 year concert timeline. Planning will begin in 2023.
