CLDT Graduation

  CLDT Graduation

Congratulations to the cadets who graduated from Cadet Leader Development Training (CLDT) on June 15 at Camp Buckner. COL(R) Rolf Knoll, USMA ’70 was the guest speaker for the ceremony. “During CLDT, I gained a better understanding of platoon level tactics that we had not experienced in the classroom,” said CDT Garrett Sytsma ’21, the CLDT Honor Graduate. “We also learned how to establish standard operating procedures, and how to conduct rehearsals to make sure we are prepared to accomplish the mission.” CLDT is a three-week field problem which puts the cadets in leadership positions and forces them to solve tactical problems under stressful conditions. Photos.
