Reservation deadline: Reservations may be made until the room block is full. A standby list will be maintained.
No Deposit Required: A deposit will not be required for room reservations within our block, but the Thayer hotel will require a credit card that will not be charged until checkout.
Room Block Cancellation policy: The Class has guaranteed that the room block will be filled on all days. If one must forfeit a reservation for any reason at any time, the classmate should do so through Jim and June Harvey, the Class Lodging Coordinators. This will eliminate any hotel imposed penalty, and will allow us to fill that room with another classmate on standby.
If you call the Thayer directly to cancel/forfeit a reservation, you may be charged a penalty per Thayer policy.
Class Room Block Policy: Thayer block rooms will be limited to two rooms per graduate. Reservations within the room block must be for all three nights – Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Early Departures: If you must checkout before your scheduled departure date, notify Jim Harvey, the Class Lodging Coordinator.
Notes: Please contact Reunion Lodging Coordinators, Jim and June Harvey, if you need to forfeit or transfer your reservation at jimjuneh@cox.net or call 757.288.6684.
