Cadets Studying Abroad Visit Estonia
12/2/2021

Cadets Studying Abroad Visit EstoniaOur cadets studying abroad in Latvia recently had the opportunity to visit Estonia. After a 9-hour bus ride, the cadets arrived in Tallinn, Estonia and quickly acquainted themselves with the Old Town, moving quickly to ensure they were able to make it to the Russian theater for a musical. The group took a guided tour through the Old Town and went to the iconic TV tower museum. The tower itself was constructed for the 1980 Olympics and the site of an important uprising against Soviet rule. The final day of tours included the Estonian History Museum, right next to the Estonian memorial for victims of communism, and the Estonian Naval History Museum. Opportunities like these are possible because of donors supporting the #MarginOfExcellence.
