One-time Gift - Electronic Funds Transer (EFT)
To coordinate with the West Point Association of Graduates to initiate an Electronic Funds Transfer you must fill out this form. Your contribution will be automatically deducted from your checking account. All transfers will be made on or about the 15th of each month. (This is a monthly option only.) - Government Allotment
To initiate a Government Allotment from your monthly pay to the West Point Fund, you must go to your finance office and fill out a DD-Form 2558 with the following information (after you have completed the personal information in Blocks 1 – 6).
